Privacy
This page explains how Nutreat Foods, which runs the Bokils brand, uses the details you give when you order on this page. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why
- Name and mobile number: to confirm your order, price and delivery with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Delivery area and pincode: to check we deliver there and plan the delivery.
- Date needed, items and any notes: to make and deliver your order the way you asked.
- Technical details such as IP address and browser type: to keep the page secure and stop spam.
We use these only for your order. We don't sell them, share them for anyone else's marketing, or send you promotional messages unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Our own team, the company that hosts this website and our order records for us, and WhatsApp, where our order conversation happens (underWhatsApp's own privacy policy). Our hosting servers may be outside India. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deliver your order and handle any issue with it, and after that only what tax and accounting law requires us to keep. Then we delete it.
Cookies and analytics
Your cart and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser. Analytics cookies are off unless you choose to allow them. Only if you accept, we use Google Analytics to see general things like which pages are visited, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and taps) with all text on the page hidden — never your name, phone number or anything you type into the order form. Google Analytics is set to delete detailed visit data after 14 months; Clarity deletes its recordings within 13 months at most. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, withdraw your consent, or name someone to act for you. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 80077 07484 from the number you ordered with. We reply within 48 hours and resolve requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India (details atmeity.gov.in).
Children
You must be 18 or older to order. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.
